About The Training Associates

Today's rehabilitation professional provides a broad scope of services involving medical, vocational, psychological, and advocacy interventions, all across various settings.... However, the current climate of accountability insists upon rehabilitation methodologies justified by empirical evidence and rigorous analysis; in other words, it calls for evidence-based practice.

Evidence-Based Practice in the Provision of Rehabilitation Services

The Training Associates is led by Dr. Dennis J. Magrega, a registered psychologist in the province of BC. The Training Associates was born of Dr. Magrega’s desire to promote quality education sessions that contain state of the art, practical, solution-focused materials. In all Training Associates workshops, professionals will be able to immediately use the information they receive. All sessions are led by professionals and researchers who are involved with cutting-edge materials, are currently in the field and are fully engaged to moving their profession forward for the well-being of the client.

The Training Associates also presents the Vocational Outcomes in Traumatic Brain Injury Conference, a biennial conference that brings together researchers and front-line personnel who are involved in all capacities of functional outcomes of traumatic brain injury.
